RREC Structure and staff


The RREC has five functional departments:
  • An Executive Department;

    The presented structure below allows the RREC to start up in a flexible and efficient manner. Two positions (accountant, cleaner ) can be occupied on a project or part-time basis. The total number of staff including the Executive Director is expected to be 10. Taking into account future growth of the RREC activities, the overall organisational structure and job descriptions shall be flexible for a smooth headcount increase. Legal, personnel and cleaning services can be outsourced in order to reduce staff cost.
